We have an in house IT person for our office the covers the day to day hiccups. Because of his knowledge of computers and our internal system, 95% of issues are taken care of immediately. There has been only a few times when we have had to go to our outside person to fix an problem.

Getting out into the community and shaking hands and letting people know what I do for a living. I am a member of Rotary, a member of multiple Chambers and attend most of the events that they put on.

Great service creates great clients!
Not certain. We have never looked into that area. We do have a consultant that works with us on advertising and social media opportunities. They also help us with branding. That cost is around $3000.00 a month.
