As the CEO of AZ Real Estate Team LLC, I really think it is important to be able to give back to the Heroes in our Community. Heroes are people that are/have sacrificed themselves for the betterment of us all.
So, I created New Home For Heroes which specializes in Helping People Who Help People. Anyone involved in healthcare, first responders, educators or any form of military receive a portion of my commission toward their closing costs when they purchase or sell a home. Unlike other programs, I also allow those Heroes to refer someone to the program and I will also give a portion of my commission to the person the Hero referred and then donate to the Heroes' favorite charity or one of the charities that I personally support.
