The TOUGH part is REACHING and BUILDING your prospective audience.  Without an advertising budget to invest in marketing, you must create your own audience yourself and this takes work and time.  You need to do more than just post on social media.  You'll need to repeatedly post your message to every social media platform you can, every news service and Internet connection you have.  And, encourage your listeners to "tell a friend."  While word of mouth won't build  your audience rapidly, it IS still an effective way of spreading the word.

Then you approach those potential sponsors that want your audience with something they want and you are more likely to close the deal.

Remember, the prime concern of your prospect is "ROI" ... Return On Investment ... "What will I gain for my investment/expense?" Also, assure the prospect that, should they choose the cheaper offer, you will still be available should they be disappointed. Be extremely careful about 'explaining' "you get what you pay for." Some people will bristle at such an approach and you will lose them forever.
