Trumble Construction is located in Texarkana Texas. We are a minority woman owned small business, founded in 2000 and have been building in the Texarkana and surrounding areas. We take great pride in the diversity of the projects we build. Whether it’s a large estate or commercial project Trumble Construction remains consistent in our dedication to excellence.
Trumble Construction was founded in February 2000 and Incorporated March 2006 by Robert Trumble CEO on a foundation of honesty, integrity, where quality matters, and customer satisfaction. We are very committed to finding solutions for our customers that best achieve their goals.
Trumble Construction is a very detail oriented, fast and professional company. We pride ourselves in providing prompt responses and estimates. Our jobs are completed quickly, and are done correctly the first time. We will do everything we can to keep our jobsite neat and tidy, not only after the project is done but while we work as well.

Whether breaking ground on a fully designed project or fast-tracking construction, our team provides the leadership to ensure the physical construction of every project we build is completed smoothly. We take great pride in working with owner, architect/engineers to ensure the project is built per plan specifications. We work very closely with highly qualified sub-contractors to ensure the highest quality is performed in each trade.
Our construction services include:
• Management of all construction activities from mobilization to occupancy
• Development and management of long-range and short-range scheduling
• Information management of project communication, correspondence and documentation
• Implementation of our Quality Control program to ensure construction of the facility is in accordance with the contract documents
• Implementation of our safety program, include pre-planning, prevention, monitoring and reinforcement, our accident ratio for the last two years has been zero occurrences
• Ability to self-perform construction activities to provide competitive pricing, schedule advantage and project control when it provides best value for the project
• Management and tracking of necessary inspections and documentation for completion
Construction Management
• The Design Phase, Trumble Construction works closely with the DesignTeam to provide Leadership to the team offering information and recommendations on construction technology (constructability, quality) and constructions (cost). Trumble Construction has the know-how to help avoid costly design elements during the Design Phase.
• During Construction Phase Trumble Construction will serve as the general contractor, taking full responsibility for all physical construction work. Trumble Construction will update the owner each month with cost estimates and schedules of completion.
• Implementation management controls all project activities.
• The Post Construction Phase is where owner is turned over the project. Trumble Construction will ensure that the project is fully functional and all the close documents are completed.
