We are a retail pet supply store located Dorchester, Ontario. We have been in business for over 10 years and continue to help our customers maintain healthy pets through education. As pet owners our selves, we love pets and want to help you and yours be as healthy as possible. Please call us or stop by our store anytime.
How We Got Started
We had a German Shepard that had severe allergies to specific ingredients in common pet foods. After doing tones of research we were horrified to see what goes in these foods and started looking at a more natural holistic pet food.
We then decided that it was time to help other people with the same challenges.

A warm hello as soon as they walk in goes a long way. Then we become consultants more than a retailer. We ask lots of questions and usually give free samples for them to try before they actually buy anything. This builds trust and usually brings them back in a few days.

Huge help!!! Although we are a retail store, we are first and foremost consultants for pet owners. Without our website and Facebook page, it would be much harder (or much more expensive) to get our message out to the public. We feel a good website and excellent content on our Facebook pages...
