Build if you have the time and patience as you can get exactly what you want. Buy if the home has what you want and then you personalize it to what you want. You can get the same result with either in some cases.

Experience. Do they have the experience I need at a reasonable rate. Have they done the work I need done before. I have been in the telecom and technology space for 34+ years now and that's what I look for in a partner.
