About Us

Forty years experience representing taxpayers who have disputes with the IRS. This not some one size fits all approach where everybody gets an offer to compromise. I abide by the rules applicable to CPA's and most tax resolution companies cannot practice either law or accounting. I don't just fill out forms. I develop strategies to resolve issues with the IRS. I will fight to see to it that the IRS obeys the law in all of my cases and that the client pays the least amount legally allowed.

I limit my practice to representing taxpayers who are either being audited by the IRS, have a notice or bill from the IRS that the taxpayer wants to contest or who owe money to the IRS that they cannot pay immediately. I am a CPA and section 643(b) deals with the taxability of dividends to a trust or estate.  It says extraordinary dividends allocated to corpus are not taxable.  If you want to call about this code section,  I can be reached at 713 823 1824. There are CPA's who represent people who are being audited or who owe money that they cannot pay.  Almost always you will never have to talk to the IRS about your situation if one of those represents you.  Not many accountants know much about IRS practice and procedure.  Even if you have an...
