As a consumer you should always investigate what you are buying. The CBD business is just like any other product you will have knock offs, some of the product will not be up to standards. It needs to be regulated by someone, maybe not the FDA but an organization that knows the product and procedures. One of the reasons that the FDA and government are now thinking of getting involved is it is starting to hurt big Pharma, and they see CBD as a legitimate product that does work.
