We are an online color printing service that uses customer supplied files or we can create the files for you. Our site has detailed instructions on how to create files. One of our problems is some customer files are not printable because people don't like to read instruction or are unable to take directions. We always check each file for potential problems. If we find any we notify the custom about the issue and when possible we email them with ways to fix it. This delays the job and if they can't fix it we usually can with a charge for the service because our liability is higher and our time is not free. Another problem is many people wait tell the last minute to order. We turn around most jobs in 2 to 3 days for complex project it many take as long as 5 to 7 days. Often we get a panic call on a Thursday I need 2,500 16 page catalogs Friday for an event on Saturday. We can't do that and neither can my competition. PL
