Cultivate and Flourish
My approach is real, grounded, and human. Therapy isn’t just about coping — it’s about understanding what your body and mind are holding, processing grief and trauma, and reclaiming a life that feels authentically yours.
I specialize in:
*Anxiety Therapy for Women
*Midlife Identity Evolution & Transition
*Therapy for Mothers of Young Adults with Substance Use
*Trauma-Informed, Experiential, and Creative Approaches
Located in Carlsbad, CA, and offering online sessions across California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington, we create a space where women can stop carrying everything alone and start living fully again.
I began my career as a Child and Family Therapist, working with foster children and their families, where I developed a deep understanding of attachment, trauma, and resilience. That foundation continues to shape how I show up—grounded, relational, and attuned to the complexity of people’s lives.
Today, I focus on supporting women’s mental health, particularly during midlife transitions like perimenopause and menopause. I’m passionate about creating a space for women who have been conditioned to prioritize others at the expense of themselves. Aging can feel complicated and isolating, especially in a culture that often overlooks women’s experiences. I help women reconnect with themselves, feel seen and supported, and step into a more powerful, authentic version of who they are.
My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience, including profound personal loss and healing. I hold a Master’s in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling, and have taught and supervise.
