My first woodworking project was in Jr. Hi School. It was a walnut desktop bookshelf held together with wedges, no glue. My mother still has it on her desk today. However, my first paying job in the field was for and incrredible furnituremaker where we made replica's of antiques and custom furnishings. I have worked at two other shops, one in FL and the other in CA before setting up shop here in VA in 1986 in my mother's garage. I've done a countless number of projects ranging in size from the desktop shelf to full kitchen renovations and continue today to satisfy the most descriminating tastes in Williamsburg.
