We also offer all of our visits by appointment only. This means you won't have to wait in a crowded waiting for hours.

I opened the doors November 1, 2021 after I recognized a need in the Toledo area for our commercial truck drivers to have a truly good experience when they receive their required DOT Physical. Many testing offices are very busy and the provider does not have time to talk with the patients and offer them guidance on diet, exercise, sleep health, and the things that really matter.
