How We Got Started
Back in 1990 when I woke up in a mental hospital for alcoholism, I knew immediately I had to make some drastic changes.
Now Sober 30 years in December 2020 I have the privilege to encounter other folks that just want the same thing as I was craving... self love and extreme self care
