How We Got Started
I have always enjoyed photography, but in 2006 I decided to go to Hallmark Institute of Photography to learn how to do professional photography full time, and I love it.

Yes I agree, head shots are very important. Today most people will tend to meet you online, when they check out who you are. Whether you have an environmental headshot on location or studio shot, getting a professional image is key. It should look like you, at your best! High resolution for print and web resolution for online, no phone photos. Everyone here made some great points. I'ld like to add something to think about. When one of my clients was picking their headshot, I explained to him, when someone looks at your photo, they should say, "Yes, I want to do business with that person!" What does your headshot say about you? Do you connect to the photo, feel the person is looking at you, is the image approachable, friendly. What's your message? Something to think about.
