There has been talk in Tonasket for years of the need of a tire shop. Numerous people have said they were going too or should open one, but it never happened. Summer of 2019 our family seriously talked about this need. As we pursued the idea we had no idea if it would ever become a reality. We spent the next year of looking at buildings, making offers on shops, looking at land, planning to start from scratch and building something new. Working on financing for each idea was frustrating. We had many road blocks. Finally we found a perfect building and the owner was very willing to work with us on making this happen. Tonasket Tire has leased a large shop just south of Tonasket. It is in a very visible location along Hwy 97. It has 3 bays large enough to drive a semi-truck in.
