About Us

Serendipity Swing is a nine musician ensemble with a female vocalist performing as a dance/swing band featuring music from the Golden Age of the Great American Songbook. Please refer to our website www.serendipityswing.com for a greater understanding and details.

How We Got Started

We discovered music arrangements specifically written for this size combo and we realized that there was a need for this type of ensemble and the music we were playing. It is music that is timeless, elegant, toe-tapping enjoyable, danceable and a joy to hear, as well as played.

We are more acoustic in our approach than over amplified.
