I don't believe that they don't think the need to advertise. I believe that that is what people in business cut first. They shouldn't but that is what they do. They try to do all the free advertising options before spending money. With my business. It makes it easier for them to advertise. We have several business in our network that takes Barter for the advertising. Advertising brings in new cash business.
