My wife Pha has been cooking Thai food for most of her life, professionally for over 15yrs. She is now following her dream of owning her own top notch restaurant. No corners cut, only fresh ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. I am and ex audio engineer here to help my wife realize her dream.
