I am a certified yoga teacher who works with beginners including adults and youth who may have physical limitations and pain issues. Let me customize a program that fits your needs. My rates are very reasonable. I travel along the TTC subway line.

How long have you been practicing meditation personally? In addition to your credentials, do you have a background in yoga? Are you familiar with the 8 fold path? Did you get trained on meditation through experts like Deepak Chopra? There are many factors such as how long have you been running meditation sessions or if you are completely new. Anywhere from $100 to $600 for packages. So $25 to $150 for single sessions. At the upper end of the scale, give a discount. The other thing to take into account is the TYPE of meditation session it is. Simple meditation where you are just focusing on your breath should obviously be priced lower. Other meditations which have mantras and explanations of mantras should cost more. Still there are meditation sessions that are custom made for each individual. Using Deepak again as an example,  he teaches something called premordial meditation, which fits with a person's personality.  That to me, would have the highest price point. I think if you are offering structured meditation sessions (meditation combined with an educational component and journaling for example) then this would have more value than unstructured sessions. I would also avoid "beginner" "intermediate" and "advanced" terms with meditation.  I would instead say beginner and experienced..As others have mentioned, look at what other teachers are charging in your area. How specialized is meditation only? What do you personally feel comfortable charging based on your own needs? How much is your time worth?

There is a strong connection between stress, anxiety, depression and eating. What the mind thinks about is often to connected to food. Mindful eating would be a more meaningful topic than Healthy eating. Healthy is misleading because everybody's nutritional requirements are different. It is possible to be overweight and still have an iron deficiency; for example.  You also need to take into account things like food allergies and not everyone is aware they have them or to what.

Take pictures of the general layout of your studio, any props that you provide. As for videos,  do postures that you love to teach and are part of various themes and styles your studio offers. Show simple postures that attract beginners or those completely new to yoga. Whatever postures, they should be connected to something larger like what organs, muscles and joints they benefit, what health issues they help prevent or alleviate. Show different age groups, men and women. Show yourself doing meditation and Savasana. Bottom line is it doesn't matter, as long as you make it about them and not yourself showing off. Many people are intimidated by yoga studios, gyms etc. This is why I do private sessions.
