The Amazon era is here and it is changing the landscape, if I need a product or service I want it at my front door yesterday. Today it’s groceries and hard goods tomorrow it’s acupuncture, massage, Eyecare, maybe even surgery. The practitioner that makes house calls is coming back and people are willing to pay for it.
