How We Got Started

Loved architecture since I was 10 years old. Was a challenge, but starting the business in 1977, and have never stopped since. A wonderful career. It was right that I heard many times that architects become more important after they turn 60. It's true, have many interesting projects coming up that might become my legacy projects. I look forward to new challenges that help the environment, social improvement, and better quality of life.

Always treat with respect, even if they do something wrong. Should you lose respect when you do something wrong? 2. Always keep educating them, through seminars, lunch and learn events, exhibitions etc, . Stop educating - and they leave. 3. Be fair with letting them off for doctor's appointments, kids school presentations etc. They always return the favour by working extra when we need it. Do not dock their pay for little getaways. that generates resentment .
