Introverts Academy was funded by Gabriela Casineanu—an award-winning author with 19 years of coaching experience and a broad professional background (engineering, IT, MBA in Small Business, training, and MBTI certification).
Gabriela recognized a significant gap in the professional and business world: standard success advice for professionals and entrepreneurs often works better for extroverts, and might not be as useful to introverts. They don't take into consideration the complementary, yet valuable strengths of introversion and extroversion.
After publishing award-winning books and speaking on the subject, Gabriela launched the Academy to provide specialized, evidence-based strategies. The focus is to facilitate growth by tapping into the often-overlooked power of introvert strengths (both internally and to gain customers).
