That’s where Len Marshall from Quiet City Design really stands out. Len has a great feel for how people think and what catches their attention. The websites he creates are not only visually appealing, but they also do a great job of reflecting the business itself, its products, its services, and the vision behind it. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands how to present a business online in a way that feels real and engaging, Len does a fantastic job. Very impressive work. Highly recommended.”

About Us

https://quietcitydesign.com - Quiet City Design builds simple lead systems for contractors so you don't lose the leads and referrals you already worked for.

Good contractors do solid work.
Their websites look fine.
Interest comes in.

And still things stall.

Calls go to voicemail.
Texts sit unanswered.
Follow-up slips.
Reviews get asked for inconsistently.
Referrals happen, but randomly.

Not because anyone doesn’t care.

Because they’re busy running the job.

The 7-Day Lead Toolkit isn’t a marketing campaign. It’s a system structure that makes sure:

• Every inquiry gets acknowledged
• Follow-up continues until the job is booked
• Finished jobs turn into reviews
• Happy clients are prompted to refer

Instead of asking you to do more or learn more tools, the system supports the way trades businesses already operate.

The goal is simple:

- Fewer missed opportunities.
- Less friction between interest and action.
- More control over what happens after someone raises their hand.

How We Got Started

I started in graphic design, web design and digital marketing for local businesses more than 25 years ago.

Over that time, I noticed something: the businesses that grew weren’t the ones with the nicest websites. They were the ones with systems behind the scenes.

Contractors in particular were losing revenue quietly. Not because of bad work, but because of broken follow-up and missed opportunities.

So I stopped focusing on websites alone.

Now I build contractor lead systems that actually support the way trades businesses operate.

Less noise.
More control.
More predictable growth.

(more) I'll admit I haven't read the previous 85 comments, but I just want to remind the original poster that you only get back what you put in, whether that's a networking platform like Alignable or LinkedIn, or picking up your phone and calling leads, posting content, or any other business-related task.  If you've spent any time really looking around, you'll see that Alignable *provides* many opportunities to make connections and build relationships which, if nurtured, can develop into many incredible business opportunities.  But if you're just looking for quick sales, spin up a listing on Kijiji or Craigslist.  Different group of people here!
