Bin in da bizness since 93. Started of workin with my former high school basketball coach and branched out from there. Introduced the Caribbean food in the educational sector and thus for been in the industry for 24 years of experience.
How We Got Started
For night school continuing education students. Selling coffee donuts Randy's beef Patties Witch now switch to Patty Time. The original cooks from Randy's opened Patty Time in 03 and been with them ever since. Then eventually branching out to providing hot meals.

For me Depending on da event. If your catering for a 1000 people you have to make sure you do 1 & half serving per person so you don't run out of food. For da 24 years I never ran out of food. and that way you will get a great review and also a call back n references.
