How We Got Started

Today Living Group was founded by helping owner investors maximize their investments by providing a full service property management company. During our early years it was clear that some of these properties needed to be furnished and converted into a corporate housing model. We own a rental property and they are shut down. Since no rent is coming in, how will I be able to pay taxes, insurance, maintenance, etc?

There are programs for assistance through Covid 19 and one of them is mortgage deferral from your financial institution.  You need to email your bank with the caption Covid 19 mortgage deferral for up to six months.  Your bank will forward a form to sign and return.  It may take a week or so but... (more) There are programs for assistance through Covid 19 and one of them is mortgage deferral from your financial institution.  You need to email your bank with the caption Covid 19 mortgage deferral for up to six months.  Your bank will forward a form to sign and return.  It may take a week or so but the responses have been fairly quick.  As for taxes the City of Toronto as one example has delayed property tax payments and other municipalities are joining in.  I am not sure what you are referring to as shut down.  Our management company is open although remotely as we offer emergency service to tenants and landlords in the event of an emergency.
