How We Got Started

Witnessing through the real estate lens the growth & diversity of TORONTO becoming a top 5 Global & TECH Leader, has been an awe inspiring experience. We take great pride in our City and always heeded the advice that Investing in it, would be one of the best decisions.

The ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT was our #1 choice because it best exemplifies the excitement of living in the center of TORONTO, our VIBRANT Mega City. To be within walking distance to the best "Celebrated Entertainment and Sports Events & Amusements" , as well as every convienience and amenity or Hospital imaginable, is a Luxury beyond. To live next door to Iconic examples of our Torontonian Identity & Culture such as The TIFF Bell Lightbox, Hot Docs, the Mirvish Theatrical nucleus , Skydome , Hockey Hall of Fame to name a few, is a LUXURY indded.

There are many other incredible DISTRICTS in the GTA that have their own distinct personality to offer. Toronto has something for everyone !
