Difficult is only in your mind and it doesn't help when brainwashing came first. The wisdom then identified the craziness even then. Love comes when looking at nature among other things. What is good? Who decides what is good? What is bad? Who decides what is bad? The growth, the lessons, the experiences bring a number of things to the table, including compassion.
