Fred is a native of Newburgh, New York. Fred graduated from Marlboro Central High School in 1982. After high school, he joined the United States Navy and retired from the submarine force in 1998. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. Currently he is living in McIntosh County, Georgia with his wife Kelly and three boys where he manages his own tax and accounting practice.
