Oceana Cottages are on a Private Beach with Fully Equipped Efficiencies in North Truro, MA. I took over this beautiful property in the fall of 2017 and renamed it Oceana Cottages. It was formerly known as White Village. Before that date, it was under a different administration.
I brought this property out of the Stone Age by accepting credit card payments and implementing a real reservation system instead of the old 1950s ledger system. It now has a real website. That fall we started renovating our 32 cottages in stages.
A new plumbing system, electrical line and solar panels have been installed. New appliances, sofas, beds, floors, and much more. Our three VIP Cottages have been renovated and rebuilt. Each of these cottages includes AC and TVs. Our VIP cottages are named Oyster Studio, Oyster and the Pearl. The Pearl cottage is our newest VIP cottage with 3 closed bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. Everything in these 3 cottages is new. We will continue to upgrade all our other cottages as we go for the comfort of all our guests.
