About Us

I am an Upcycling Textile Artisan. All my art and household products are created using reclaimed textiles. I get my materials from thrift stores, clothing exchanges, clothing give aways and from friends cleaning out their closets.

How We Got Started

I began embroidery at age 10, knitting at age 12, and sewing in high school. I fell in love with rug hooking in 1992 and used only as found wool clothing in my rugs. My work with textiles, just naturally progressed from there.

Textile Collage by Saving Earth Art Space
