Leading is hard and often lonely. I work with leaders to take their organizations to the next level as quickly and healthily as possible! I spent 25 years in economic development, working with company owners and leadership teams to build their businesses.
How We Got Started
When I began working with entrepreneurs in 1999, I helped them write business plans and get funded, but then they weren't sure what to do next. I started facilitating strategy sessions, without knowing that's what it was called, and then advising them as we executed the plans together. I've done that work in one way or another ever since.
