I have been brainstorming with my clients recently on this very question. Many of my clients love to do recognition gifts and the recipients love to receive them. Budgets can sometimes be a restraint, so we call them pop-by gifts. We create small, inexpensive gifts they can drop off every so often to say "Hi, and thank you for your business". Your clients don't want to feel forgotten or taken for granted. We help you to make your clients feel appreciated. We are working on one that will include coffee, tea, and sipping broth. This is a work in progress...add any of the clients swag, business cards, tissue paper and primp the bows. All for the "WOW" response.
