I am not your typical mortgage banker. I have an undergrad in engineering and an MBA from The Univ of TX at Austin. I spend 20+ years as a Management Consultant advising and assisting Fortune 500 clients. I use my people skills and analytical thinking, to help my clients. o 24 month bank statement loan, Asset depletion loan

• Condo/Co-op loans, including non-warrantable Condo & condo-tel - We have a dedicated condo/co-op department that I run every deal through beforehand. No surprises.

• Construction/Rehab loans
o Construction loans for Owner Occupied property, investors and Spec build for established builders
o FHA 203(k) Rehab loan - Owner occupied 1-4 unit
o Fannie Mae HomeStyle Renovation loan – Owner occupied 1-4 unit OR 2nd home/Investment 1-unit

I have overcome many "troubled" DTI loan. I can do both conventional as well as portfolio 30 yr fixed. The answer it NO. The only form of acceptable signature is hand singed/wet signed OR eSigned (DocuSign, DotLoop, etc.) IF the closing was an electronic closing. If the closing was a paper closing then ALL docs were hand singed and that would be the only acceptable signature. (more) The answer it NO.
