I evaluate my expenses every month. It helps me to locate any irregularities and/or mistakes. I also do the comparison with each category, so I know which is the least and biggest expenses. I also recommend it and do it with my clients.

In the age of Covid, all events and conferences can only be held online. I still miss the face-to-face, in-person gatherings. I plan to have an after event small group (say 2 or 3) chit chat over coffee break as a follow up meeting, it helps to break the barriers and as a real connection too.

Meeting new people is an opportunity of networking and building relationship. It always takes time to develop. Just stay positive, your efforts will be rewarded eventually.

Cash flow is always an important part for every business. If there is no cash flowing in and out, a business cannot be run any more. So, an up to date books and financial information is a must. Careful planning / budgeting and effective communication with clients are necessary.

Most of my clients stick to the original tax day. But for those who have tax owing, I advise them there is extension of payment without penalty and interest. They are free to take this advantage.

During the outbreak, I would say delivery services are good one since peoples are staying home and purchases are mostly done on line. After it ends, any things relating to health should be booming.
