I've been in the design business since 1997. by that time design business was limited just in printing, and the internet just started to spread as something fancy. Right now Design and Branding became part of every individual's life.  each of the designers has their own power and approaches.

basically in this industry, if you want to grow you have to learn a new thing every day.  that is not possible if your not ready to do teamwork.
