Impact Squad is a structured virtual + digital volunteer engagement system that gives nonprofits a way to attract and activate new volunteers as informed ambassadors for their missions.

Volunteers can learn about the mission and its larger “why,” educate others, spread awareness, advocate for the cause, engage their communities through peer-to-peer outreach, make connections, and support fundraising where appropriate, all on their own time, from anywhere.

The Impact Squad System is designed to:

Impact Squad grew out of founder Clare Davis’s nearly decade of hands-on work with LUV Michael, where she helped create a virtual + digital volunteer program that expanded to more than 50,000 volunteers in 61 countries and raised more than $2 million.

That experience demonstrated what becomes possible when nonprofits give people meaningful ways to help beyond traditional, in-person volunteering. Impact Squad was created to help other nonprofits build that opportunity into their own organizations.
