Many people still want to support causes they care about. But traditional volunteer structures do not always fit how people are realistically able to participate today.
Impact Squad creates additional ways for people to stay involved in ways that feel flexible, meaningful, and connected to real impact.

IMPACT SQUAD grew out of my work creating innovative virtual and digital volunteer programs for nonprofits. Seeing how powerful structured engagement could be, I launched IMPACT SQUAD to help more organizations grow their supporters, fundraising, and mission reach — without burning out their teams.
