This is amazing to me! There is so much information out there that makes huge changes in what they do. We see growth in all of our companies that we work with. It just happens. We use very simple techniques that assists the companies with more exposure and client getting methods that we have refined and still continue to work at. We are master funnel builders not because we love the idea, but because it works. Look all of the information is out there. It is said that the company that can spend the most money to acquire clients wins. This is very true. So how does one company do this over another should be the question at hand. The answer is Funnels. Why? Because to put it simply it warms up your clients that you are after and gives them value up front. It shows them you care, and you are the best at what you do. How does it do That? It uses paid traffic to send to your website/funnel. You give value in return for a name email and phone number. This offer that you give them makes them say they are interested in your product/service in short. Once they have warmed up to you the sales process is very easy, even a bad presentation/sales pitch will close the deal. Why, because they know who you are and trust you. This brings us to the point above (The business that can spend the most money to gain clients wins) what happens when every one dollar you put into your funnel you get four dollars back? Each month you put more in is what happens. You honestly can grow every single month, some months the growth is slightly slower depending on your niche. However quarter after quarter you will see growth. So knowing this, why would your business ever go dormant? It just makes no sense.

We are not married to any one platform. We can pull from many. We do this because what happens when the platform you are getting everything from dies? This works so well, yet the huge companies that claim fame and can't hardly rank a website to save their lives make statements like funnels don't sell services or products people do. They are only partially right. We make funnels everyday, and these funnels out sell 10 of their people and only cost 1/5 of the price to do it. Funnels are really the little guys top secret weapon. I agree insurance is a must! The first thing many people think about is all of the "Greek" type language that is used in it. There is so many legal terms used that the average person is not comfortable about talking about it because they just don't understand it. The flip side of knowing this is you have a unique ability to change this. You can write at 8th grade level and attract a lot of new clients. You are right there is a lot of things that insurance can really help people with. Also to attract these clients you need a funnel. A funnel brings interested people into your world and takes them to where they are interested in insurance. So one person might be interested in life insurance. Another one might be an annuity, or short term injury/income protection. Each one goes a different direction with in that funnel so that way you can gain a client. The really cool thing about the funnel is they just transfer and then start to work up a value ladder. So they start with one service and with time transfer more to you, or just purchase new services that you offer because of the relationship that you develop with them. It's much easier than the post a million times all over social media and most people don't care. With all of that said you are so right about insurance. We all need it, and we should ask ourselves how can we afford it instead of just writing it off.
I think that real estate agents should be the biggest buyer of gift baskets to say thank you for your business.. Just my thoughts!

If they do that your phone will ring like crazy and you will be happy man. The problem with running these ads yourself is you have to take the time to learn the platform. Once you have learned it you have to manage it. This seems small but it takes time and that is time you could be doing repairs. I am not asking you to come work with my company (even though we kill it) you may prefer to work with a local company. If you do this please choose FB ads first. Not boosts, actual ads. They convert much better. Look I own two marketing companies. This is the little one. I own michaelrayburnseo.com (google SEO NC) #2 under the maps for the entire state. Or Google SEO DC (for washingtond DC) I also own SEODC.net Once you do this you will see that all three of those things work themselves out. It's almost always about client getting.

The biggest contributor is they are businesses. It's almost a hoax what they give vs. what you get. Why would education go up 6x the national rate of inflation, yet not teach students practical skills like interviewing. Why strap this crazy debt on a person leaving college/university. You get almost no points for credit score for having this debt, but if you miss a payment almost nothing will hit it harder. The problem is things like this- degree software engineering- classes required physical education, philosophy, history..... nothing related. only 1/2 of the degree pertains for undergrad. This makes it appear to be for justifying why the university has the other programs, or just ass in seats approach. The other thing is how does a "Public" institution become exclusive? Like WTF? My tax dollars go there, but I can't? Lets try that with Transportation. Ready... You pay for the roads, but you can't use them.... Nope you have to make your own or find a dirt trail somewhere else. I really feel like trade schools are the way to go today. Colleges outside of social circles are a complete waste of time, money and energy. Yes, I have two college degrees and no it's not liberal arts. I graduated twenty years ago, and I see the Universities teaching the same business BS that they taught me way back when. I argued with my instructors then, that what they were teaching was the old ways and that times are changing. I have friends who's children are in business school now, so I have taken some time to look at what they are learning. Nothing has changed, because you know the INTERNET IS A FAD, like social media is a FAD. Amazon is a FAD......

To me it looks more like a fear of judgement and rejection. In society today we put to much focus on how other people feel about us. When we feel this way things like making cold calls is scary. We can all say fluffy things like you are looking at to many things at one time. However let’s deal with the root of the problem, instead of surface issues.
If not being able to let go is stopping you, and you have pushed for what looks like almost two years, you only have three roads to choose from. 1. Find a coach to help you break through. 2. Find a good therapist to see if there is a deeper issue for the cause of this problem. 3. Find a different occupation where you don’t have to put yourself out there as much. Life can become very black and white if you let it. Good luck! The struggle is real!
