It all started with me daring to share my story in my first book, "Emerging With Wings", and it has grown into more books, coaching, speaking, and more.

As a childhood trauma survivor, I suffered for a long time emotionally, mentally, and physically. I didn't understand the invisible scars I carried from trauma. My relationship with myself, God, and others suffered. Help was hard to find.

BUT once I started uncovering the truth regarding trauma, I began to heal.
LOVE is the answer.
SELF is the starting point.
GOD is the healer.
I connect people to the LOVE that heals in a NO SHAME zone.

With my workshops, I empower business owners to support their employees' mental health and emotional intelligence, cultivating a healthy workplace culture.

I help mature individuals repair and rebuild their relationships damaged by trauma through my coaching, workshops, speaking, courses, and books.

How We Got Started

Danielle founded 4F Media to publish her memoir, Emerging With Wings: A True Story of Lies, Pain, and The LOVE that Heals. Due to the impact her story had, and how other shared her epiphany regarding trauma, she was compelled to help others identify their issues, heal, and reclaim a life worth living. Her journey began as an author but grew into speaking, coaching, and course creation.

I find a way to go for a walk in nature and pray. If I'm at home, we have trails through our subdivision. If I'm away, I find someplace outside. I love trees, and water (river, lake, ocean). To get my book into more readers hands I began blogging, started building an email list, and my platform on various social media's. I joined a number of communities both online and offline to connect with other like-minded people. I've done a number of book festivals. I do research to find people who need what my writing has to offer. I've taken writing courses and continue to learn. I have a new book coming out next month that has stories from 10 other influential people I interviewed. Find people to work with, and the way your relationship can be symbiotic. I just started doing speaking engagements this year and it's been through people I know.

Before that, I wrote and self-published my memoir Emerging With Wings: A True Story of Lies, Pain, And The LOVE that Heals in 2014. It was first released in print... (more) I am a contributing writer for a best selling book. What I gained from it was an increase in writer relationships around the world. Before that, I wrote and self-published my memoir Emerging With Wings: A True Story of Lies, Pain, And The LOVE that Heals in 2014. It was first released in print and then later in Kindle. It didn't gain bestseller status as I did no marketing back then. However, it propelled my writing career and continues to sell today. I also self-published a short allegory ebook A Bird Named Payn. I publish weekly on my website, contribute to others, and write freelance articles. That first book altered the trajectory of my life. Right now I'm preparing my next book Because You Matter: How to Take Ownership of Your Life So You Can Really Live for release in September both in print and ebook. Plans for audio.
