Martin, very interesting question and sounds like a great idea! The way to guarantee payment at the time the bill comes due would be to deduct it from each employees wages. We do not have employees at this time, when we did, we paid the entire health insurance premium. Hopefully, more employers...

Saving money is not exactly my New Year's Resolution, it is more like being intentional with my money. Also, using cash instead of my debit card will make me think twice about where my money is going. My husband and I are working together on this and started in December instead of January and have already added an additional $430 to our savings account. I am excited to see at the end of the year how this plays out just making these two small changes.
Misstatement in general is stating something that is false or not accurate - so # 1 would not be misstatement since at the time the insurance policy was taken out the gender was correct. As for getting the gender changed after the policy was in effect that would be a question for the insurance...

As for getting the gender changed after the policy was in effect that would be a question for the insurance company and I am sure there would be some document(s) to fill out. This is my opinion not necessarily fact.
