We are located the highest elevation in Solano County on Mt Vaca at just under 3,000'. We are growing Malbec and Zinfandel. Sal Galvan winemaker at Galvan Family Cellars produces wine using our grapes we are the vineyard designate. We also grow two types of lavender Grosso and Provence. Growing grapes is in keeping with my family tradition my grandfather planted Zinfandel in Sonoma over 90 years ago. Lavender was almost by accident we had 2 apiaries and thought wouldn't it be great to have lavender honey so we planted 1/2 acre of lavender for the bees. One day the bees left we then needed to decide what to do with the lavender hence a lavender business was born.
