About Us

High-performing film industry professionals come to me when burnout, self-doubt, or imbalance threaten their momentum. I help them break survival patterns, restore alignment, and build unshakable confidence—so they can sustain success without sacrificing themselves.

How We Got Started

More than twenty years ago, my dad asked me what I was grateful for in my life. Initially, I was taken aback by his suggestion. I considered myself a positive person, but his perception of my complaints was opposite to what I thought I was projecting. This made me wonder how many others shared his view. That moment marked the beginning of my journey toward genuine alignment and purpose.

Since then, I've dedicated myself to extensive personal and professional development to 'be the example' of what I want to see in the world. As a speaker and storyteller, my goal is to help people avoid the mistakes and pitfalls I encountered. I utilize proven methods for success to guide my clients toward achieving their biggest goals.

Bob Proctor once said, "If you can think it in your head, you can hold it in your hand," meaning, if you can dream it, you can achieve it. Your dreams are not arbitrary; they are meant for you to pursue. Is it time yet?

(more) Congratulations on having your own published books to read! That’s a fabulous accomplishment in itself. I am a huge picture book fan. With my fine arts undergraduate degree, I learned to absolutely love how an illustrator can bring a story to life. With my Master’s degree, the story being told became just as important to me.  I explain this about myself to suggest an idea. I recently had a vivid dream of making videos (of myself) reading books. For me, reading on video is about conveying a beautiful message, the gorgeous illustrations, as well as the education involved in teaching reading to anyone wanting to learn. I have yet to create even one of these videos, and I know with 100% certainty that I will... soon. As a writer, only you know the inflection you intended for your story and character development. As such, I highly recommend you set fear and/or pride aside and create your own YouTube channel where you read your books aloud to your audience. At the very minimum, read excerpts from your writing. Then, share them everywhere! Share them with libraries, schools, critics, your friends/family, and (of course) the public. The oddest thing I’ve learned in the last 14 years of business ownership is that even when you gift the things you think you should be paid for, people will pay you anyway. It’s akin to letting go of the idea of “how” you should be paid, and embracing allowing yourself to be paid (in whatever way the universe offers). After all, what we’re really paid for is our expertise. Right!? And, who can possibly have better expertise about your writing than you?  All my best to your (newfound) success!

Keeping potential clients intrigued is what connects me with genuinely interested (and often repeat) clients.

The ONLY way to build trust is to show up and persevere in that showing up. You need to keep showing up constantly and consistently. That's how to develop relationships (and referrals). I remember my first job as a receptionist at the environmental firm where I worked. I received sales pitches all day from the best of the best. The line I was told to deliver was, "We are happy with our current provider," which is exactly what I said to all of them. Even Eric. But, Eric came in weekly, not on a consistent day, but every week, once a week, for three months straight. And, guess what? After the first visit when he let me know what he was selling, every time he stopped by, he would ask how my day was going and engage me in conversation about the weather, the Braves (I lived in Atlanta at the time), or whatever subject he happened to come across in the Wall Street Journal that day that he thought I might enjoy discussing. Eric took between 5-and-10 minutes of his week to touch base with me, and guess what happened? After three months of that, I walked my happy ass into the bosses office and told him we needed to hire Eric's company (for office supplies) and fire the company we were happy with because if they were even remotely as diligent with maintaining a customer relationship as they were with building one, they would be an incredible company to work with. And we did hire them. And, the engineering company still uses Eric's company for office supplies to this today (20+ years later).   Building the relationship with the people who work at the facilities you want to work for... that's the key to working with them. I tell my coaching clients, it's the Chinese Drip Method. It might be a form of torture for some, but in sales, it is literally the only way to maintain that trust factor. Keep showing up, and they'll be putty in your hands. And if you can't show up, send someone who represents your company well to do it for you. Best of luck!

My first reaction to your question was, “What for?” There are so many dynamics to social media, and to what is available, as far social media support. My answer is sometimes, depending on what I want to accomplish and how I want to accomplish it. Companies that work hard to gain my business, but do nothing, and almost seem to try to lose it, are the anthesis of my personal goal with customer retention. If I’m not putting in at least half as much effort to retain existing customers as I did to gain them in the first place, I am losing them. Other: All the options are valid, but the real motivation that drives me to show up is how much I enjoy connecting people together with opportunities or services they want/need.
