I have had nothing but good experiences using Novo as my business bank. The system is easy to use and the service is excellent. My only feedback would be to update their online invoicing system to allow a partial payment to be posted to a single invoice. Other than that, I have zero complaints!

Terrible experience, if you have a claim, they don't have support. they sub contract other banks for customer support and they don't know how to answer questions. their platform doesn't support all electronical technologies, particularly international. We quit using it after loosing money due to lack of response
Been using Novo for a couple years now for my photography business integrating with Honeybook. Does its job and easy to use for basic banking. I especially like the reserves feature with custom percentage allocation for each deposit for each reserve.
I wish the account was accumulating interest on my balance however.
I've been with NOVO for almost a year and it has been smooth and great dashboard to navigate. Customer service has also been great.
