Good People, Terrible Business
The only reason this is a 2 star instead of 0 stars is because of the people I dealt with throughout who were very responsive and accommodative. Otherwise this is a massive case of over promise and under deliver. There's a reason they lock you in for a full 12 months. They know you'll want out sooner.
I went above and beyond and sent each monthly contact a personal card. What did I get for my time effort and money? 1 contact in 12 months. I've never seen less effective marketing efforts.
Also I got back on average 7 of my cards each month with bad or incomplete addresses and a few people told me the information was outdated by years. I had to get them to refund the bad names I knew about which they did but only after I asked/insisted. They know what comes back and good, honest service would credit bad names automatically.
At the end of the day, my experience was a highly negative one. They took my money and ran without having to deliver any results over a 12 month period. Not all industries are the same but this is one of my biggest marketing regrets so far.
