Our journey began with a transition from a successful 26-year career in the Auto Industry, where training in sales and customer service was honed.

As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, the discipline and commitment to excellence cultivated during service inspired a lifelong pursuit of knowledge.

One of the most effective strategies I recommend to potential Florist clients is to create a "Husband Of The Year", "Son Of The Year", "Wife Of The Year", "Daughter Of The Year" etc. series of subscription programs. Each program fulfills five different events (or whatever number they desire)... (more) One of the most effective strategies I recommend to potential Florist clients is to create a "Husband Of The Year", "Son Of The Year", "Wife Of The Year", "Daughter Of The Year" etc. series of subscription programs. Each program fulfills five different events (or whatever number they desire) during the year for the subscriber; for example, from a husband to a wife, her birthday, their meeting anniversary, their wedding anniversary, Valentine's Day, etc. Instead of having to come into the Florist's store for each occasion, wait in line and... if they remember... you have a series of cards already filled out by the subscriber and a credit card on file with a monthly subscription fee (make it affordable and convenient) so they never have to worry about it, and you make sure the recipient always receives the right flowers and the right card on time." The subscriber will tell their friends, co-workers, etc. about how you make sure they are covered on each special occasion, and you'll be getting referrals in no time!
