I am a trained plant based food chef, I have been working part time at a local restaurant specializing in plant based food and some of my raw food dishes and deserts. I am available for personal classes and chef work if you need help with making a healthful life change.
I have been into health, nutrition and food since high school. Been juicing over 30 years. In 2015 I decided to go to Living Light Culinary school and get trained as a raw food chef. I love the way I feel eating a plant based food diet. In October of 2016 I went to The Tree Of Life as a chef for Dr Gabriel Cousens it was an incredible six months of learning. This was a healing center that had an amazing 21 day diabetes program. I learned to make delicious food using no sugar or sweeteners. I feel blessed to have had that experience and would love to be able to help people with diabetes. I saw what could be done just using the right food.
