The company was established in 1985 as a Division of an existing Staffing Company. We eventually became independent and began broadening the scope of services beyond staffing and established our PEO (professional employee organization). The expansion of our services, through the PEO Division, provided a much needed service completing our objective to be a total source for all HR requirements. Through the PEO Division we become the HR Department of companies and handle all requirements associated with the employees. Through a strategic partnership, we assume the employer of record responsibilities for the clients' existing employees allowing the client to maintain focus on the operations.
