Anticipate the clientele you want to attract and focus on their needs. One thing EVERY GUEST will notice and appreciate is how clean your accommodations are. They WILL notice when things have been let go or missed so hire a housekeeper that is willing to treat your bnb like a hotel. Someone with a keen eye for detail, many years experience but still young enough to be able to move quickly and swiftly when the need arises and they should be allowed to focus on the customers with empowerment in fulfilling guests needs and requests... advertise how thier needs are of utmost importance... ( much of this comes from working at the Marriott, the guests love to feel like their needs have already been taken care of before they realized they had the need! Repeat business is not a fluke in that hotel! )
