How We Got Started

We're a team of young and talented professionals who saw an opportunity during COVID, where many around us were all shutting down their businesses, to start our own. Our first attempt was a failure and we quickly realized our mistake. Got back up and started Animis Global (& Wondercomm) in May 2021 with virtually no money, no family support and only a handful of connections but with a zeal to keep moving forward.

Animis Global is all about global minds coming together to create awesome solutions for clients around the world. With our limited reach we got 2 quick and small projects and both those businesses also signed up with us for monthly services. That’s how we got started.

Wondercomm designs and develops products and services that cater to SMBs in US & Canada to solve complex communications challenges at an affordable cost. Securing a client within the first month helped us pay the bills for Wondercomm and start making small profits.

I'd like to add Keila to the list of cloud software. While all the cloud software solutions mentioned are great but they're all proprietary and you never know whats going on with your data (emails and PII if you have i nyour database). While all the cloud software solutions mentioned are great but they're all proprietary and you never know whats going on with your data (emails and PII if you have i nyour database). I've found Keila to be an open-source (which means anyone can look at the code and see if there's anything malicious going on) and is in active development. I'm planning to install this on a self hosted platform soon to give it a try. One could also get it directly from them, and they're based out of EU, which has very strict data and privacy laws, from what I know.
