About Us
FocalPoint Coaching, DBA Business Coaching of South Jersey is one of just 200 certified FocalPoint practices in the world. Our opening in Dec. 2016 marks the first FocalPoint office ever in the Atlantic-Cumberland-Cape May-Gloucester counties of The Garden State. Through FocalPoint's successful time-proven strategies, we work effectively with companies in increasing their revenue and profitability through one-on-coaching, group coaching and public speaking.

My ideal customer is the business owner who is feeling the stress and anxiety of their own workplace knowing that there are issues that are counterproductive to their success but aren't quite sure which of these issues to address first or even how to address these situations. If these owners are truly fully committed to their own success, we work to help them clearly define these gaps, keep them on the path to success and then provide a measurable platform for these individuals to reach their goals in various parts of the operation, from staff synergy, communication, time management, long- and short-term goals, family-run business issues, increased revenue strategies and, for some, building a productive exit strategy.
